SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS​​

 

In line with our strategy to 2030, we develop more efficient energy markets to increase their share in the national energy basket.

Results

Renewable energies: Start up operations of 3.16 MWp, thereby completing 15.7 MWp of total capacity, equivalent to a 47% increase​

We generate economic growth for the country. We take care of our people with decent wages, health and safety and we offer all guarantees for our employees to exercise their rights, in compliance with our Human Rights policy.

We develop clean, decontaminating technologies, with special emphasis on new products and services that will support the transition towards an economy with low CO2 emissions.​

COP 42,866 million invested in 95 innovation projects:

  • 69 to increase the safety, efficiency and flexibility of our operations

  • 25 to diversify our service portfolio 1 strategic project to produce green and renewable gases

Recognized by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation as an R&D+i (Research & Development and innovation) business unit, the first in the Oil and Gas industry in Colombia Subsidy for USD 649,310 from the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA)​

We promote initiatives to make our cities better places to live by improving air quality through the use of natural gas by households, industry and sustainable mobility in public and cargo transportation.​

Result​s

​

We promote natural gas for vehicles, thanks to which there are now over 200,000 vehicles in the country, including 3,000 for passenger mass transportation and heavy cargo.

 
 

We have developed a climate strategy that includes a reduction in our carbon footprint and actions to improve the response capacity of companies and the most vulnerable communities.

We establish measures to minimize the areas to be intervened and to recover biodiversity through various offsetting actions, with work focusing on strategic ecosystems for the country and the regions where we operate.​

Results

  • Awarded by the Global Compact for the project "Tropical Dry Forest, a Challenge for the Conservation of Biodiversity"

  • Reestablishment and revegetation of 100% of intervened areas, for a total of 333.3 ha

  • 95% survival of the species thanks to maintenance of the 2,342 vascular epiphyte species that were relocated

  • Offsetting of 697.63 hectares​
