Jaime Navas has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and a Project Management Degree from University of California, Berkeley, USA. He has an outstanding international career of more than 30 years, leading technology and digital transformation areas in companies such as British American Tobacco, Alpina and GeoPark. He has experience in implementing strategies for Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, Business Productivity, Change Management, Agile Methodologies, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. In addition, he stands out consolidating Technological Services in companies of diverse industries. ​

For the past 4 years, Jaime Navas served as Director of IThink at GeoPark, leading Digital Transformation and Innovation in the energy industry. Previously, he led the digital transformation of large FMCG companies such as British American Tobacco for the Americas and the Alpina group, where his focus was on improving productivity and maximizing working capital using state-of-the-art technologies. ​
