With the objective of providing clear and truthful information, we have prepared this Annual Management Report following the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), core option, and the guidelines of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), also following the recommendations on publication of information of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. We also include our contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
For a better understanding of the reported GRI contents, the own indicators of Promigas and the prioritized SDGs, each chapter of this document lists the associated indicators. No significant changes are reported regarding the material topics covered in the reporting period (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021).
This 2021 Annual Management Report was prepared by the Promigas Legal and Sustainability Vice-Presidency, the Communications Department and the Sustainability and Environmental Department, working jointly with the different business units. It was presented by the CEO of Promigas at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 17, 2022, where it was carefully read and unanimously approved by all the directors, who confirm that the integrated report fairly represents the organization’s performance during the period.
In order to assure the integrity and reliability of the information reported in this report, it was subsequently validated by Organization’s senior management, and verified by Deloitte, an independent auditing firm that follows the guidelines of international standards ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410 (see in the Annexes the assurance letter or Limited Assurance Report).
