Outlook for 2022​ ​​


Promigas and its companies will continue to strengthen and expand the scope of their innovation actions and projects to deliver customers a renewed portfolio of new products and services, enabling our companies to remain relevant and competitive in the market.



With the purpose of achieving optimal and efficient sustainability, Promigas has developed a decarbonization road map, along with the implementation of a sustainability communications strategy.



In order to move forward on technical and digital transformation aspects, we have established a road map for the energy transition, with the objective of being at the forefront of these transitions. In view of this challenge, Promigas has developed an innovation communications strategy to define the actions for the digital transformation of the businesses.


Para la implementación del Plan Estratégico de Nuevos Negocios, buscamos estructurar e implementar modelo estratégico de servicios energéticos por medio de la identificación de nuevas oportunidades que nos permitan desarrollar este plan en conjunto con nuestras filiales, y asegurar la comunicación del mismo.



The aim in 2022 is to introduce substantial changes in the corporate governance structure of Promigas and its affiliates, in order to further strengthen the trust of our stakeholders. 


​We highlight: 
  1. the proposal to create the Statutory Committee on Sustainability, Innovation and Corporate Governance.
  2. the implementation of corporate governance software.
  3. approval of structured guidelines on corporate governance.

With the aim of consolidating good governance, at Promigas we are developing a Business Unit Governance Model (Energy Services and Brilla), jointly with the implementation of the Sustainability Governance Model (role of the center).



Because at Promigas we acknowledge that training our human talent is essential for professional and operational growth, we are working on aligning the business strategy model with knowledge management and on structuring and implementing the flexible work project.
